Duration of MBBS :

The entire duration of medicine study is six years where during the starting five years, classroom studies will be granted to all the students, while the remaining one year of studies include practical training so that students can apply the concepts studied in the first five years.

Admission Procedure :

  1. Candidates planning to apply there have to submit an online application.
  2. The application feedback is expected to be shared within one week.
  3. Candidates are supposed to attend online Interview and entrance exam (if any)
  4. If they get preliminary approval of the application, they are supposed to pay the application fee
  5. Candidates have to wait for some time to get the entire admission task done in a systematic way.
  6. After admission approval from the university, candidates are supposed to get the ministry order on granting the right to get enrolled at the university. They need to sign the agreement and deposit the tuition fee within 5 calendar days.
  7. After that candidates will get the invitation letter
  8. Get all the VISA requirements done by submitting all the required documents.
  9. Once everything gets sorted out, plan for your arrival. Prepare list of all the documents that are needed while travelling to Georgia and share the travel details with the university.

Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Students who plan to study medicine from Ilia State University must be at least 18 years old.
  2. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at 10+2 level and have obtained the minimum required percentage.

1. Am I allowed to pay my MBBS fees in installments?

In the majority of the cases, the tuition fee is paid in advance. But in some cases, students are allowed to pay in installments. All the students have to inform about the installments, if any, to the university.
